LLUXXALL Youth Board of Advisors (LYBA)
Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders with Grace, Confidence, and Community Impact and a
Standout College Portfolio
The LLUXXALL Youth Board of Advisors (LYBA) is a prestigious platform for students who have successfully completed our etiquette training. This board offers a stage for leadership, communication, and service, allowing members to write, speak, and organize fundraisers while building an impressive portfolio for college applications.
Goals & Purpose:
The LLUXXALL Youth Board of Advisors (LYBA) is designed to cultivate the next generation of poised, articulate, and socially responsible leaders. Through a blend of leadership development, community engagement, and professional writing experience, LYBA empowers students to build confidence, refine public speaking skills, and actively participate in meaningful social initiatives. Members will publish original articles on topics such as etiquette, personal development, and social grace, contributing to the LLUXXALL website and elevating their voices. By connecting with peers and mentors in the fields of etiquette, business, and leadership, students will expand their networks and gain firsthand insight into professional environments. These experiences—combined with event planning, collaboration, and service—lay a strong foundation for college and career success.

The Voices
A Student Rubric from LLUXXALL Youth
Reflections, Ideas, and Aspirations from Tomorrow’s Leaders
At LLUXXALL, we believe that every young person has a voice that deserves to be heard—articulate, thoughtful, and full of potential. The Voices is a curated student rubric featuring original writings by our youth—members of the LLUXXALL Youth Board of Advisors (LYBA), etiquette graduates, and rising changemakers.
Here, students share their insights on leadership, etiquette, personal growth, community involvement, and passions that shape who they are becoming. Whether it’s a story from the sports field, a perspective on grace under pressure, or a tip on how to speak with confidence—this is a space where young minds lead with heart.
We invite you to explore their words, be inspired, and witness the future in motion.
Would Your Child Like to Be Featured in The Voices?
If your child would like to share their thoughts, experiences, or expertise through an original article, we warmly invite them to contribute to The Voices - our official student rubric at LLUXXALL.
Please contact us and submit your child’s article for consideration. We would be honored to publish their work and celebrate their voice as part of our mission to empower the next generation of confident, articulate leaders.
This opportunity is completely free of charge and open to all students who have completed etiquette training or are part of the LLUXXALL community.
