Appearance

Always dress for the occasion. We will show you how to estimate the level of vestiment for any situation and ensure that you are dressed to impress people in that function. That doesn’t mean going everywhere as if it was the Met Gala, but dressing exactly as is appropriate while remaining stylish. 

Posture and Body Language

Body language is a major component in how people will perceive you and if they will choose to listen to you. Showing confidence, calmness, elegance, and poise will transfer any message much better than if you were to mumble it on your chin. 

Much of the exercises will focus on doing everything that is required with the right posture. If you manage to internalize the lessons, you will not just always look naturally confident and in charge, but it will also be beneficial for your lifelong health.

Improve Business Acumen

A major aspect of etiquette is respect, and the best way to be able to demand respect at all times is to know how to properly give respect and act respectable. This is essential for all business dealings as people will work better with those they respect and those who respect them, as well as offer more opportunities for those who look the part of a business leader.

Negotiation Skills

Through our classes, you will learn to calm yourself down and never overreact. While this may seem like a small issue, for negotiations, the time you will give yourself to think of arguments and responses can mean the difference between a good deal and a failed venture.

Reduce Social Anxiety

A frequently disregarded aspect of good etiquette, knowing the rules, will significantly reduce the anxiety you feel. This can either combat the very frequent feeling of imposter syndrome or lack of confidence and directness in conversations because you don’t know how to position yourself.

Barriers to Anxiety

Anxiety is our “fight or flight” system activating as we feel as if we should run away from an awkward situation as an automatic response. But, if you practice in a response that will always be more adequate, you will never show any anxiety. And, the less you fear becoming nervous, the less you will feel nervous, further feeding the loop of confidence.

If we are calm, confident, and show respect properly, we can expect calmness and respect from others. This will automatically make us approachable for higher social circles or exclusive business groups.

Each lesson takes one hour, and the basic coursework will take eight lessons in total. You can also add classes if there is an aspect of etiquette you would like to focus on, such as business or academia or high-class social events.
